Good to know
Guests are welcome to use the house, yard and hot tub. The hot tub is off the back porch and overlooks the bay! There are two guest bedrooms plus a day bed on the main floor with 3 full baths. The remaining two guest bedrooms are upstairs. There is not a guest bathroom on the second floor. Both downstairs bedrooms have TVs; upstairs bedrooms do not. However the upstairs bedrooms have the best view ever of the bay. Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

This home is located at the top of beautiful Perdido Bay. Distances to main attractions: Downtown Pensacola - 11 miles Perdido & Johnson's Beaches - 15 miles Pensacola Beach - 20 miles No Pets (Minimum $250 charge for violations). No Smoking/Vaping (Minimum $200 charge for violations). Guests will be charged a minimum of $100 if they stay past 10 am check out without approval from host.
