I’m from Pensacola, and I can say this spot is the perfect location if you want quick access to downtown! The apartment was very neat with aesthetic touches, and I will definitely stay again next time I visit!

Beautiful home and location! Really enjoyed our stay. Lots of space, and a huge kitchen which we were happy to take advantage of. The location is a little bit off the beaten path - about 20 minute drive downtown, but worth it for the sunsets and the peaceful vibes. Very relaxing! Host was friendly, & stayed on top of all communications. Highly recommended!

This cozy house was such a gem! Its proximity to downtown was an added bonus. The house was clean, beautiful, and bigger than the pictures made it seem. Tons of historic charm and beautifully decorated.

We did not know about the unit being upstairs and at our ages the stairs were difficult for us. That was the ONLY thing negative we have to say. Everything was comfortable, clean and well-equipped and in a great location.

This was one of the finest experiences I’ve ever had with Airbnb. Everything about it was perfect. If anything, the beautiful photos did not do justice to just how incredible this home was. It was so warm and inviting, and felt like home within a few minutes. I have already booked the home for a second visit, and I will consider it my place to go my home away from home whenever I’m in the Pensacola area.

My girlfriends and I absolutely adored staying in this beautiful and charming historic home. So much detail was put into the decor, and we immediately felt right at home. Olivia was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was gorgeous with plenty of dishes/ amenities. Would absolutely stay here again if I needed an Airbnb in the downtown area!

Had a great stay and would definitely stay again! The location is fantastic—walkable to the bay and nearby main attractions. The decor is beautiful and thoughtfully done. The building has a charming bed-and-breakfast vibe with lovely renovations that honor its historic character. A few things to note: the floors are a bit uneven, the walls are thin, and there is a shared main entrance with the room located on the second floor—but all of this comes with staying in a historic building. The space itself was super clean and well cared for. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

It’s a great place to stay. Spacious with a fantastic backyard. If the weather is right, you would get to see great sunsets and enjoy the nature from the pier. It is as beautiful as the pictures shared by the host. Would definitely recommend for a family and friends get together.

Felt right at home, and would love to book again in the future. The space was clean, accurate to the photos, and easy to find. We also really loved the readily available coffee, shower products, and towels. If you’re looking for a cozy couples getaway this is the perfect place.

The loft was BEAUTIFUL! Walking distance from downtown, easy to get into, and an overall lovely stay. Next time I’m in Pensacola this is my #1 pick to stay at!
